The offer
A measured, drawn, fixed written price
Not a ballpark over the phone, and not an hourly estimate that moves. You get drawings you can hold us to and a number that does not change unless the scope genuinely does.
What it includes
- An in-home consultation at a time that suits you
- Accurate measurement of the actual space
- Elevation drawings showing proportions and layout
- A written specification: carcass, drawer boxes, hardware, finish
- A fixed price against that drawing
- An honest view on whether the project is worth doing at all

What it does not include
- Gas, electrical and plumbing work — licensed trades, which we coordinate
- Structural engineering and permit applications
- Interior design or whole-house design services
- Countertop fabrication (we coordinate the stone trade)
- Painting, unless your quote states otherwise
- A same-week start — shop-built millwork takes weeks

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The consultation, the measure and the written quote are free and carry no obligation. Detailed design work is included once you decide to proceed.
What happens after I submit this?
We read it, and if anything is unclear we reply with a question or two. Then we arrange a time to visit, measure and talk through what the space needs to do. You get a drawing and a fixed written price after that.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Most people do not, and that is what the consultation is for. It helps if you can describe roughly what the space needs to hold and share any images you have saved — but a rough idea is enough to start.
Why do you ask about budget?
So we design something you can actually proceed with. The same wall can be built across a very wide range, and a design you love but cannot afford wastes everyone’s time. A rough band is enough.
