- Closets, mudrooms, home offices and kitchens are used every day. The difference between custom and ready-made is experienced daily, not occasionally.
- Resale value
- Quality built-ins add perceived value to a home. Ready-made furniture does not. For permanent spaces, custom is the better investment.
